Is it possible to make your discussions on these great books available online so people can just listen to them like flies on walls? ALSO Iain M. Banks is all the rage right now cuz of Elon Musk, can you guys have discussions where you compare contrast contemporary books and ideas then source them back to the great books of antiquity or old. Cuz the Culture and the Minds series of M. Banks, I really want to hear it discussed vis a vis humanities but also as divination as to where we are going with say Tesla, Neuralink, Starlink, Palantir, AI's and robotics, and also post scarcity world envisioned by Banks (UBI Elon Musk mentions a lot). but not only Banks but Philip Dick too and Ursula LeGuin, Neal Stephenson's Anathem for example would go perfectly with any discussions on readings listed for Catherine project. But I would love to just listen watch videos of you guys doing your thing. on here. in youtube. Thanks!
Great challenge to meet pertains to 1. a recovery of old/classical "messages in the bottle" as opposed to 2. "brainstorming". Jordan appropriately mentions discipline. Our current crisis runs deeper, touching upon the problem of telos and hierarchy (and so involving a need for the reader's purgation). "Virtual communities" stand or fall on communities unmediated by screens--communities rooted in a lived and dangerous principle of trust/fides. Cf. ruclips.net/user/shortswTbqtdoVCQU
