nice score i got same thing with a tiller , new tires all around for 400 bucks just had to put a new carb and gas tank clean , new belts on tiller and she was ready to rock. watched your other vid on wanting a john deere a my neighbor had a G it was awesome wish i could of gotten it he died
They seem to be a great source! Although I’m not sure they’re fully stocked these days. Many parts seem to be “on back order” for going on a couple of years now.
I have the same 140 but a H1. Excellent condition always garaged. Mows grass every week. Also have Blade and Snowblower. This thing is tough and and like you, I love it. Have fun. They don' make anything as strong and long lasting as this.
Most excellent! This thing is a beast for sure, and so complete, but it definitely needs a fair bit of attention. It wasn’t neglected, per se, but it was definitely used throughout its life. So far it has been nearly as many hours in maintenance as it has been in use! But it’s a labor of love, and worth every minute I get to do both! Classic for sure. Will last forever!
Hehe. Ya people collect garden tractors for a hobby. I have 11. Different brands. But I do have a 1970 140H3 garden tractor with mower deck and # 49 snow thrower. Have fun with it.
