This is Dope bro. I had gone through a psychosis as well last year going into this year where I was hearing voices (which were my own). Evil thoughts. I tried to take my life 3 times because I couldn’t deal with everything that was going on. I also thought similar things about the joker. I was addicted to a pre workout called Excelsior that I would not recommend to anyone as well as I picked up smoking heavy weed. My mental health has honestly been getting better on a day by day week to week basis as I’m getting more rest. Only thing is handling stressful things situations. Its been a step by step day by day process. But I appreciate this video. God Bless.

I have a brother that went through something similar and ended up ending his life. And now I have a sister that is going through something similar and I’m trying to figure out how to deal with it. I think it is great that you put this out there I’m sure you were helping more people than you realize! Thank you.

I had the same thing about the chip brother. Took me 6 months to start reducing & 1 year to be normal again. But a lot of it was external factors as well
