I love doing marathon and half marathon because gives me a motivation abs help me so Much to focus in life I have special needs son that requires 25/7 care from me and iam very fortunate to able to take care him the best that i can . It can be draining to be in that schedule 24/7 because my son deserve my attention and care I will keep working on been for healthy because he will need me all his life and your videos are always good for me to achieve that goal . Please make more videos for moms that are busy with their children I do appreciate your videos but I slots of mom like me that needs to have influencer Moguer them to be healthy moms .

Drink regularly? Noone can tell you exactly when and how much. You need to figure that out yourself. Sweat rate, weather, running tempo, all does influence your hydration needs. Got a headache after running? Drink more.

You might find that if you put thee phone down and don’t record yourself.. your running will be a lot more affective and you might actually set a really good time ?? Just saying
