When I was growing my hair out this was the trick I used making braids in the back and crossing them under extensions. I do it now with upart wigs and lace fronts.

How often did you replace your extensions? I’m looking to purchasing my first set but I know for sure I have to dye them just worried about the longevity
I have a platinum blonde & want to go red so what color do you think would be best ?
Do you use the original weft clip ins by bellami or the newer silk seam ones? How would you go about dying the silk seam ones? I plan to get blonde because I'm going blue... but I feel like the silk seam part of the extensions will stay blonde because the dye can't penetrate it. Also, how do you recommend dying the actual clips if they stay blonde? Hopefully you see my message! Thanks! I'm a newbie lol 😩

I think I can do this 😭 my hair is definitely number 4 more of a light brown and I mixed Clariol’s 8ro flaming desire & their 4c Cognac together I absolutely love it! I have clip ins I want to dye, do you think I need developer or the color will take with the box dye? 😢🥴 because I definitely think i’m going to be a red head for the rest of my life lol

So did you use the whole bottle of 20 for the 6 hi color
I made the mistake of purchasing blonde extensions thinking it would grab the color better but now it’s just way too vibrant compared to my actual hair would you recommend me to first dye my extensions the magenta color and then add the adore color or should I just dye my hair with the adore color first and then use magenta for my actual hair? My hair is currently copper red 😢

How do I color the elastic band! I colored a platinum blonde to a dark red so the band didn't color and it's like platinum blonde bands help lol

I actually did a dark brown extensions with the L’Oréal hi color sizzling copper and hot red and it didn’t lift at all 😩😩😩 I left it on for the full 45 minutes.
Same here! I was told it was because of the brand of extensions 🤷
What kind of developer did you use ?
@@higherup4691 30! For roots and usually 20 for bottom half!
@@nubii2009 okay cuz I bought the copper and want to my hair but I don’t want to have to lift it hella times
@@higherup4691 and do a hair mask for sure!!! The L’Oréal hi colors I feel are soooo damaging😩 it lifts roots pretty well jusr make sure it is saturated and take your time :) that’s what I have noticed with this color dye
