if anyone is still wondering where the portal is, when you load cloud couckoo land the go to the small cloud to the right with the spaceship moving back and forth and on the right of that there's a little slide you go down hope it helps

When you come out of cloud cuckoo portal. Go straight down the little stairs and go right to the little island. See the "escape from cloud cuckoo land" spot? Look down to the right, there is a slide. It will bring you to the spot in the start of this video.
