I feel like the Cowboys always have extra pressure on them. And it shows up whenever they get to the playoffs. The coaches and star players are under a microscope. Additional pressure is the last thing that team needs.

It meant that he’s done with Dak. If he wins a Super Bowl this year that’d be nice to get some return on his investment, but either way he’s playing somewhere else in 2025.
It just makes zero sense to sign him after letting his cap hit be as big as it is this year. If you wanted him, you work out before it gets to this point. He didn’t, so he clearly doesn’t.

Jerry the Owner needs to fire Jerry the GM. Until he does that, every word that comes out of his mouth is worthless.
Jerry explained exactly what "all in" meant shortly after he first said it. It's a great example of people hearing what they want to hear, rather than trying to understand what the other person is saying. "All-in means this to me, therefore this is what he meant..." All in on the guys he already has accomplishing something and earning huge contracts or they don't and they aren't in Dallas anymore.
Also the "is this Dak's last year" question, he thinks they're going to win the Super Bowl and Dak will stay. Someone should leave no wiggle room and ask him "If the team doesn't make it to the Super Bowl, will Dak still be on the team?" The answer would be "no."
