Great video. Would be nice to see a InDepth video about setting up lights in your scene.

The lightmix works only with brute force and not irradiance map...right ?

I'm pretty sure you can use Lightmix with Irradiance Map if you wanted to - However if you want my advice - don't use Irradiance map in general - You're missing out on a lot of other features when using it, and Brute force / Light Cache is far superior as GI engines

@@ChaosTheory_net But Brute Force takes lots of time and resources to render, IR is faster, though loosing on details as you mentioned. Any Plans to do a video on ACESCg for VRay and 3dsmax?

@@amitgedia Sure it does take a bit longer - however i don't actually think its that bad anymore - it used to be quite the difference, and i used to use IR all the time, but that was before V-Ray Next - and I see no reason to ever use it again to be honest.
I have ACEScg workflow written down in my notes - so it is for sure something i want to address! - I'm still a bit behind, but hopefully I can soon start uploading a lot again :) - And thank you for pitching in!

@@ChaosTheory_net Thanks for keeping in mind to do some more videos for future. People have certain workflow which they follow and sometimes some minor things might not be correct in the workflow and by seeing or reading or sharing tips, trick and other people's workflow we can correct it and also learn something new
Hope to see some more videos soon. Thanks again
