OMG just listening to the Harry Potter World music in the background is so nostalgic. I use to go to Universal Studios Orlando multiple times a year before the pandemic. Then they were closed for almost a year and I did not pay for my resident pass at that time. And I haven't bought it again. I will just not now.
That potion lemon cake is the kind of special magic in creativity that make going to these theme parks so special. I loved the butter beer and fish in Hogwarts section in Universal. Would love to try it again.

Most food that is highly produced. If you go to a bakery, patisserie or eatery that makes their foods and desserts from scratch then you’ll usually get real cinnamon. But; yes, cinnamon flavored extract/oil is preferred by bigger industry. It’s cheaper and the flavor is more pronounced…it also has more “staying power” in the flavors.
In the UK and some Commonwealth countries 'pudding' can refer to a sweet or a savory dish. And just to make things even more complicated, the word 'pudding' comes from the Latin word for sausage, and many times 'pudding' refers to a dish that's has been boiled in a bag or other casing.

If ever you find yourself in Atlanta GA for a couple of days, you MUST go to The Varsity for a real experience with a good old American hot dog/hamburger restaurant. The scenes of you all toward the end of the video in the red seated diner brought me back to my times at The Varsity back in the 80s.. deep nostalgia.
I’m surprised by your Universal Studios, here in Hollywood we don’t have Snoopy at all, and the Sesame Street characters not here as well. We actually have a separate different theme park for the Peanut characters, Knott’s Berry Farm. So many similarities but differences as well, most notably the smaller portions at the Three Broomsticks! We always have to share dishes, so it limits our options and we don’t have those desserts. I’m so jealous of the USJ Super Nintendo World, it’s so much bigger and the food different as well. This is just a final sign that we gave to travel to Japan for its theme parks.
I was just in Osaka during new years! But I didn’t go to USJ cause I went in October and it was so crowded I couldn’t enjoy it but I went at the beginning of the pandemic there were literally 0 minute wait times… 😅
