Soil body collapse means that the soil mass is already failed. Try to change the stiffness parameters such as Young Modulus. Hopefully it will be working for your model
Fs is not 1.351 . you miss the part that 0-10 m on x diagram. These points equal to 1 . be careful. ıf you take the value 1.351 that means this slope is safety but its not

in plaxis, go to help, license configuration. there select everything and restart plaxis. That should do it.

when i calculate process, i have error code 111. there's say "soil body seems colapse. please inspect result". what could i do sir?
