- Started in 1992, the Adult Down Syndrome Center has grown from seeing patients two times per month in shared clinic space to seeing patients five days per week in a 6,500-square foot facility designed specifically with people with DS in mind. It was the first and remains the largest clinic for adolescents and adults with Down syndrome. The Center provides patients with everything from holistic care and support to education and resources in a compassionate, welcoming environment. The Center also holds events, participates in community outreach, and conducts research.

I work with Adults and kids that have down syndrome. I really enjoy spending time with them, Helping them is very rewarding. I really love them, Very amazing people ❤ Helping others is the best way of serving God🙏 God bless you all

I don't know who they were! All i got was this message, and if this is for real, we are going to have to get ahold of, you know who and I'm not naming him! If we were to lose this guy, MR X, we would be done! Tomorrow! end of this company ! I want to help people, I really do, I'm not doing this for fun. At some point in the very near future, it has to end! Here is the message I received from the North American DIvision, this is what I received from Dale Toney who I know personally! if this message made it to me from anyone else, I wouldn't have even read it, I would have thought it to be a joke. So, read this, get back to me and tell me what you think. I have (obviously) contacted corporate and Kevin Marskyi is on retainer. Read this (don't worry, its accurate, all too accurate) and give me your thoughts. They reference Randy in this letter, Randy is gone, and he is not coming back. I don't blame him, third day of work and this goes down. this guy was working at corporate high six figures, he had to deal with this for a few hours and the next morning we had his resignation. Randy had been scouted out in the Canadian division and after 3 months of negotiations, we finally had him sign on the dotted line. AND he is now gone, all because of this. He was being groomed for one of the top slots in corporate, some people already were planning out two fiscal years ahead because this guy was a human money making machine, he touched it, to seconds later GOLD and he is gone! I don't think I can emphasize how much of a loss that is, there is no way to describle how much the loss of this guy means to this company. Get back to me ASAP, before ASAP, we have to get this taken care before the July 8th meeting . Anyway, here it is: one last thing, because of L's "condition" this has NOT circulated in any way and that is the way it HAS to say. Can you imagine if this shit got out??? We had a retarded kid working here, an underage retarded kid working for us, a retarded kid with a history of violence. I am so sick of this WOKE bs! we are going to have to talk to randy. Edelweiss has locked himself in one of the fitting rooms again with a bunch of items that were in the return to shelves carts. He has some sort of power tool in there, I think it is some kind of sander or a drill. Its a drill! he is drilling holes in the walls and doors. we have evacuated the other fitting rooms, one woman almost took the drill bit in the head. We can't have this anymore! I am willing to help out and I'm sorry as I can be about his mental problems, but this is getting out of hand. you guys told me he was quiet, kept to himself and did his work, according to you, "with a quiet dignity" I don't see anything dignified about a 36 year old man with severe retardation who likes to take his pants off and expose himself to the nearest person. For me personally, I fail to see the quiet dignity in coming to work dressed ONLY in a tshirt. I fail to see the understated modesty and general good nature in a man who screams from the bathroom, "i need to be wiped!," We cant have this anymore, this company has (had) a good reputation until 35 days ago. We are still trying to piece the events of that day together, as painful as that is. I don't know if you are aware of those events, I believe you informed me that you just took the position you currently hold, only 2 weeks ago. As much as you guys don't want to hear about that day, it is under an intensive investigation and we WILL get to the bottom of it. Im not sure if you are aware of the events that transpired on that day, but let me fill you in: I was contacted by our neighbors in the industrial park at 2 am and told that there was a terrible stench coming from our equipment sheds and that someone was on the property, possibly naked. I knew who it was and considered the situation to be disturbing but in no way a threat or danger. Upon arrival at 22 whippoorwill lane, the address of our facility, I was immediately hit with a putrid stench, an indescribable odor or underarm sweat, fish, and potatoes. Upon investigation, I found Edelweiss von Ludwig in storage unit 3, naked and sitting in a large pile of what looked to be fur pillows. I was later found that edelweiss von Ludwig had been collecting dead pets from a dumpster behind a veterinarian clinic. The veterinarian worked with large farm and circus animals. Ludwig had brought pieces of dead animals to this storage facility piece by piece, elephant trunks, a hippo's head, all sorts of dead animal parts. it was later found that he was trying to make a "Frankenstein animal" from the parts. He has sewn some of the parts together with crude hemp rope and when we entered the storage unit, Ludwig had set up an elaborate movie set and he had connected strings to the dead animals as if they were puppets. he told us that he was directing a children's movie about how to cut up dead farm and circus animals, attach strings to them, and use them as puppets to act out stories and plays. I do have to admit that myself and four co workers stayed in the shed and watched 2 of the plays that Ludwig had written. I have to admit that I was blown away by the performance, it was wonderful. but it doesn't matter how visually stunning and the emotional rollercoaster that were on for close to three hours, this has to end. The next time he disrobes or is in possession of an animal limb, I have to get out the tranquillizer gun and bring him down. Two months from now he is going to be in heat and can't be around any dwelling that houses over 5 children. He just moved close to a school and day care. threre isn't much we can do, by two inches he is just outside the physical distance he is allowed to be, in reference to a dwelling that houses children. . As you can imagine this has caused a lot of lost sleep! We are going to be in one hell of a mess if that poor misfit of society is in heat and around a bunch of kids . get back to me. And I am going to need to stop by later and get his genital cuff and his vibrating heat bead suit.
