Typical of our season dunk especially last few weeks no game managent then when it went to 3 2 we folded although it was a freak equaliser and allision pulled off a worldie of a save at the end .. slot has alot to fix in the summer . Klopp seemed emotional at the end over at the away fans
We're lucky their striker Diaby did his best Nunez impression. Villa missed 3 or 4 sitters despite scoring 3...
Dunk, this game absolutely typified our season in 90 minutes- great going forward, wrong pass, options ,etc in the final third, goals yes, but we are porous at the back . Slots first job is to sort out the back line- we are too easy to play through

Hi Dunk glad you’re back. We always looked like conceding goals. Trent at RB looked completely disinterested and his defending was really poor. Joe G at LB was ok got forward well. The midfield did well apart from Mac who gave the ball away for two of Villas goals. Endo played well as did Harvey. Mo was good for the first 30 mins then drifted out of the game. Lucho was ok but wasteful and lacked quality when needed to play important passes, Gakpo was ok too he was the best of the front three. I heard a comment from sky which I thought was disgusting, this may not be the exact words but more or less, Nunez came on and was put through by Lucho, he went through on goal and scored, the comment from the sky commentator was I think he’s off side yes he’s off side of course he is the guy was born off side. What do you think I know it won’t surprise you
3-1 flattered us. Villa missed some great chances, but it looked like their race was run and for once we looked in control. Klopp made the subs and not one of them wanted to defend. Elliot played well, so did Endo, Gakpo was quiet Diaz and Mo did their usual running around but zero end product. We definitely need a ground covering hard tackling tall number 6 in the summer as a priority.
Nothing to play for. We gave up on the league title in April, as the team looked exhausted!!

fist 20 minutes I thought here we go last away game and Liverpool turn up to win and play well but then we fell back to our old ways which we have a lot this season and let Villa in to score. We were very lucky for our 1st goal but we haven't had a great deal of luck so I'll take that. Good 1st goal from Villa Play unmarked in the box free shot at goal 1-1. very poor defending.
I feel since Bradley went out the team injured and TAA came back its thrown Liverpool off balance, I'm not a great lover of TAA, he can't defend end of story, leaves us lacking and short at the back and teams pick us of down the right hand side. Bring Bradley back in for the last game of the season PLEASE...... we then went on to be winning 3-1 and mix ups at the back again and poor Macalister performance giving the ball away two times cost us the win.

When the substitutions are made, we lose shape. No game management. Makes me wonder if our players really are committed. We are anything but a winning machine.
We have little defensive structure dunk! Compare the defensive mentality in our midfield now with when we had Henderson, Milner, Wjinaldum, and Fabinho. The difference is stark and why one squad won it all and the other flatters to deceive somewhat. We have become soft centred. Steel needs to be added for next season.

Priority for Slot above all else is
to try and get us to be best defensive team in the league.
Our collective defending was shocking, as it has been all season, teams just waltz through us,
I wasn't really expecting much from the game, watched the whole thing, and I think it was quite comical. Dont get me wrong the boys played well but i think theyre just happy its over. Trent was running back faster than usual, salah looked super happy which i think was due to us trying to play more through him. Also I dont think salah and nunez click and salah is frustrated at nunez.
Through the game away. MF was pants, making suicidal passes. No coherent structure. Exploited down the flanks. Draw fair result. Salah what is going on with Mo.
It's end of an era of klopp not how we wanted it to be but I think time for a change .

The match was just story of our season. People won’t like this but I would sell Luis Diaz

So may warnings at 3-1 up that Villa were fighting till the end but still playing like the season was already done
No complaints or surprise from me really.
Definitely should see the game out, but the mistakes made were so frequent and unnecessary it was deserved.

We’ve several hungry players in our youth team. Slot should involve these a lot more next season, pointless relying on FSG to deliver the goods.
@@Manuel-ld5iy not enough to rely on a couple of youngsters. B Quansah and Bradley are apart of the first team now. We need to add more.
@@kloppsippingvarsenaltears2789 We do indeed but I don’t believe FSG will come up with the goods. I was thinking more utilising Bajetic, Danns, Clark etc.
