This video tutorial is about Camtasia 2019. It shows you how to make professional intros and outros using this screen capture technology. Camtasia 2019 allows you make these intros and outros for producing content to put up for an institution. You might want to brand your videos when you upload them to a virtual learning environment or onto RUclips. The focus is on the library assets in Camtasia that can produce this professional looking videos.

This video tutorial will show you how to use the library assets, add assets to your videos, edit the intro assets and audio assets, add audio to the timeline, add audio effects and edit audio.
The tutorial assumes some existing knowledge of doing screen capture, whether using Camtasia 2019 or some other tool. In this video an example is shown where an intro is created within Camtasia. By using the in-built library, you can find a whole range of possible animations. By changing the text using the library templates, you can edit to suit your needs. Change the text so that it fits your company, institution or website. By double-clicking on text existing text, you can easily change the animation to show your company or institutional name. You can also add some intro music to your animation, which can be found in the music tracks within the library. Drag music tracks onto the timeline in Camtasia. The audio levels can be adjusted if needed and edited to fade out so that the music doesn’t play over the top of the existing narration from the screen capture. This tutorial quickly shows you how to edit the audio, by using the audio effects, to fade out an audio file, rather than it stop suddenly.
For outros in Camtasia 2019, you can again access the library assets, to make a similar kind of ending for your videos to make them look more professional. Outros are useful if you want a credit or a link to your website. It also provides an opportunity for RUclips to display some end screens in the final 20 seconds, which can pop out during your outros. By adding this any end screens in RUclips will not appear over the main screen captured part of your rendered video. In Camtasia, an example of the ending is shown where the music matches the intro. The library assets can be used for both, and my preference is for the two incidental music tracks to be the same, as it opens and closes any video and makes it more professional looking.
