orla99913 - I learned in last 3 weeks with my Swords video that in the US the words “City”, “Town”, “Village” are similar but in Ireland they have very different meanings. I called Swords a city in my video which was not correct. I do a better job now.
@@lifeineurope9234 Fingal is an administrative entity really. A ‘county’ but not one of the original 32 counties. It’s the administrative entity for this part of the historic county Dublin. The address is rush, co. Dublin. To answer your question about word order, If it’s one of the “32 counties” then the word “county” comes before its name. If it’s an administrative subdivision, the word county comes last. So it’s fingal county, but county Dublin. Long winded but true
