Cheers for the video I am originally from Skerries and was born in 1977 the national boys school was last used around 1983 before they built the realt na mara in mourn view and I attended the original boys school so I think your dates are a little off because I remember sitting beside an open fire in our class with our duffal coats on trying to stay warm, also the big snow of 1982 the pipes burst and we had a few days of school. Thanks for the video of skerries we has many memories of growing up in this town and l really apriciated your narrative on the town.

Hi, a few corrections if you don't mind ! Firstly the beach you refer to as "Donabate" is not, that title has become the norm, driven by real estate sellers and new arrivals to the area. Donabate is 2.5 km west of this point.The beach is known as Corballis , it's offical title, running into Balcarrick beach, that runs towards the broadmeadow estuary and malahide . Distance or travel wise, it is 25km from the city centre, with realistic travel times by car being anything from 40mins to well over an hour. The castle you mentioned, is known locally as "Bob's" castle , a Tower House, with many scattered across the north county dublin area and the "Pale" , a common site , with many still standing to this day . There is so much more depth to the area, especially St.Ita's Hospital , which effectievly acted as a stand alone town for many decades. Perhaps you might return one day!

I visited the Einsiedeln Monastery and Chapel of Grace in September 28, 2023. Our Spiritual Adviser Fr. Denis celebrated a holy mas for us.

Terrible place to stay... Rooms with a view of HVAC and cracked windows holes in wall, internet works for east part of hotel. changed room 4 times and still unhappy 200euro a night

Garristown eh, memories of my first kiss in the graveyard, first disco/shindig.. Ringing the church bell at night ( mortal sin).I lived for the annual harvest festival, 2 weeks of Céilí's, barn dances, live music, tractor races, egg throwing, sheaf throwing, piano bashing contestants and lots more. I still have a medal somewhere buried from playing Ardcath in football. I thought Garristown was the centre of world at the time and the world stopped for us. Innocent times

The Swiss distinguish north and south port of Switzerland if it is north or south of Alps. Most of Switzerland is in the northern part. A rule of thump is if they speak Italian it is south otherwise north.

Can you still see your exercise stats while Netflix is on (and if not, can you switch back to iFit and see your stats)?
