This made me cry as a VERY skinny and insecure person. The problem with “insecurity” is that you only see yourself the way society sees you when you should be seeing yourself the way YOU want to look at your body. As a girl that is on the heavier side I can tell you it's not OK to judge people about their weight weather they're skinny, fat, or considered a "normal size" it still hurts and I just think that our world needs a wake up call because words hurt no matter how a person takes it and once you say something you can't take it back all you can do is move forward and be better

I feel scared having to release my insecurities online but still, even if isn't me, please treat others by not just saying
"too fat" or "too skinny" because they are perfect the way they are.
Girl i can totally feel your struggle. Even my close relatives which do care for me actually say those hurtful words like look at my wrist and look at your even your two can't make one of mine
And even when there was a breeze they were like oh my gosh i need to hold you so that you don't get lost flying up in the air
Thank you for this. I wish saw this video back in high school. For so long I was insecure about my size. I would always wear jackets to hide my skinny arms. So many other kids even at times teachers would ask that dumb obvious question, "dont you ever eat!?" I literally tried everything too, more meat, protien, some medicine to make me more hungry. Nothing. Over time, 4 kiddos later(and doctors gave me hell too!) I learned to embrace my size and even built a little "reputation" Now people trip out by just how much I can eat and not get full or gain a pound 😂. Good luck to you and ignore the haters. They just dont understand the struggle. 😁 97 is an A+ in my book!

This subject is so often joked about or brushed off and I am so happy to see you represent this struggle. I have always been a curvy UK14 and I loved my shape and knew how to dress it well. Since I became ill I have dropped down to a UK8 and I can feel every bone and my curves have disappeared. It's really affected my mental health as I no longer feel feminine and my lovely dresses (decades of collecting vintage styles) no longer fit. Yet if I show any upset about this or disagree when people say I look well then I'm categorised as being stupid. I am expected to see these changes as positive even though I hate them and dream of being my old self. I fortify my meals, snack as much as I can and take protein shakes etc but nothing helps. I am so sick of the narrative that being too skinny isn't a problem, Thankfully my husband supports me and tries to boost my confidence whenever he can but his mother just laughs at me when I voice my sadness. So thank you for bringing awareness to others and showing how damaging this behaviour/attitude can be.

Exactly. Literally I been taught since childhood, if your trying to look one way for others, they will never be satisfied. If you want to exercise and lose some weight, do it for yourself and not others. Same thing with being skinny or emotions or really anything

@@princessnugget5994 I've gone through it way worse kids in school calling me a whale saying an earthquake is coming when I'd walk by, being isolated, meanwhile having my 2 best friends who were practically anorexic skinny getting asked out by every other guy, including the ones I liked & they'd chose them over me, when I did find a bf they'd always flirt with them, them being part of the popular group with the rest of the skinny girls while I was made fun of relentlessly every day. And all my time in elementary junior high high school and I asked my mom and her whole life and everyone else I've asked not one of them have ever seen or heard anyone ever being made fun of for being skinny.
