100%! There are a couple of duds on Two Steps, I’d drop Boiler and replace it with this in a heartbeat. What a great song, rejecting it and the dumped title track is/was ridiculous. I’ve always hated the spoken word part in Cutting Corners, too. Absolute cringe. Ruins an otherwise great song and album closer for me. I never understood why, five albums in, they decided to go Chas n Dave on us.. Whinge over, Hanoi will always and forever be my all-time favourite band, but due to some truly headscratching decisions, Two Steps is easily their weakest IMO.
