this video is such a weird mess
such an extensive amount of content of a few people and missing some entirely like idke(HOW???), tuna, karthy or freddie, vaxei, ryuk, emilia etc. and missing the entirety of OWC, osu event, twitchcon osu content etc. missed any other mapping content except sotarks and UC being dickheads too.
this video gives some weird skewed mathi/rafis/sotarks/russian/meme fanboy perspective of 2018, not a truthful one.
it spends more time focusing on irrelevant to osu! memes (including the creator himself) than some key figures of the year.
(dont respond to this comment saying "but theres a clip of x player". because even if there is that way too little of a part for these names)

This was a really nicely done video, very enjoyable. I guess some people do have different tastes in how they wanted the video to be, like the last rewind, but you can’t please everyone with just 22 minutes of footage no matter what’s in there. Thank you for your hard work 3mplify.

I think you went with how youtube rewind 2018 was shit too. To me it really looks like this was made in a rush without much planning. The visuals were overused, you missed many great moments and the video is too long for what it's worth. Most of the stuff is repetetive and boring. If you don't have any inspiration, then hold with the video or don't make it at all. Compare this to 2017 rewind which was awesome. You didn't overuse visuals and all the flashing lights, which were disturbing in this video. You used way smoother transitions and the liveplays only highlighted the best moment of a play, so they weren't too long. Also scores ARE gone and not HAVE gone (crab rave). That made me wonder if anyone besides you watched this before uploading to check for mistakes so you could fix it.
This is not hate but rather criticism. I want you to improve, because the stuff you've done so far is really good and you have great potential. Again, if you don't have any inspiration for a video or you are making this because people want it and not you, then stop. Don't upload something you are not 100% proud of.

In addition, 2017 rewind which was awesome was made in 5-6 days, when I was literally hella drunk without any preparations.
Sometimes montage is shit, but it's very hard to do something on the PC, which crashes every 10 mins and having 1-2 fps on preview window (Montaging literally blindly).
If I didn't want to improve - I'd better do the same stuff as prev year like random clips with random effects. Next year I'll try another format, year after year - one more. I won't stop on something, because it works - this kills creativity. I think this one is a way better than 2017 one, despite 5-6 shitty effects and missing OWC (we've done it by our choice), FlyingTune (idk why, feeling shit because of it rn), Cavoe and other.. but if we include all stuff - no one will watch 3-4 hours video until the end and it would take bloody lot of time.
Anyway, I'll still make content and do my best to all videos. Comments like yours, just make me stronger, they help to release what I do wrong. So, time will show...

Oof this was really well done but I think there should have been more emphasis on idke’s year, honesty (that map was a huge part of the year), and the osu!event in the Netherlands. And ending with a play in 2019 was kinda weird. But I appreciate the hard work and effort towards this video! It really shows, great job regardless!
