How much time we should spend on our studies on daily basis .. If exams are near or not.
1. Multitasking
2. Comparing with others
3. Bad lifestyle habits (like drinking, smoking , eating junk food , sleeping late and waking up late )

6. Watching bad web series or scrolling insta mindlessly etc .
I checked myself on this scale. I am not multitasking, I don't compare myself with other, I don't drink, Yes I smoke sometimes, I don't eat junkfood, I hardly assume baselessly, I am worried while wasting time, I don't has insta gram, facebook, telegram, snapchat etc app in my phone, I watch a few webseries but I am not addicted. I think I am OK.

I'm not multitasking,i have no social account, I used only whatsapp but I don't chat anyone,i don't waste my time for social sites, I don't have any kind of bad habits, I don't eat junk food, I don't watch movies and webseris, last 3 Years, I stopped my education after graduation now I'm 24 but I feel so fresh Becoz I don't want fake friends, fake social duniya....i addicted u tube only I saw different kind of videos in u tube...i sleep more this is my bad habit,im normal ya abnormal 😂 3 sal se Khud pr focus kr rahi hoon

Actually Parents should learn not to compare their children with neighbourhood children what he/ he is doing and push their kids to do the Same. I try to keep myself update Mentally and Physically at the age of 60 I do walk every morning at 4 30 5-6 kms.

Bilkul Mam aap media aur social media ke bare mein jo bola hai wo hard REALITY hy. Yah mein bahut acchhi tarah se mehsoos kar raha hoon.
Yah mein jab Apne Ghar walon se yah fir koi Jaan pahchan walon Ko boltahu to vah log kisi bhi bahane se vah baat ignore karte Hain. Vah log sochte Hain ke media walon ne apne business karne ke liye Aisa kar Raha hai, filmon mein reality dikhane ke liye galiyan barsane padhte Hain.
Wo log itna bhi nahin samajhte hain ki reality dikhane ke liye gandagi failane ki koi jarurat nahin Hoti. Ye ek gandi SAZISH hy insaan ke khilaaf.
