Again an excellent video. Sometimes you use your own presets in editing. Is there a way to find your presets somewhere? Is it generally possible to load presets from the internet into darktable? And where could I find them? Thank you for your amazing work and of course thanks to the DT team.
Great video! I really appreciate your series about dt edits, there is no other resource where one can learn so much. Considering the recent changes in lightroom subscription pricing I expect some influx of new dt users - we should direct them straight to your vids!
Yes, please! Free software by nature ensures that users do not have to follow any market strategies of some company. They can use software freely and, depending on their commitment, can even control its development.
At the 11:00 mark you rolled the target white slider past 100%. I'm using the latest darktable master but I don't seem to be able to roll past 100%? How does one get that ability. I aways like the way you could do that in davinci resolve.
You have to hold down Ctrl+shift and move the slider. I recommend looking at the white mouse symbol at the bottom left when watching the videos, as the keyboard shortcuts that I use are also displayed there.
In addition, if you hover over the slider with the mouse, the info is displayed where all possible actions are described. This is also a good source if you are looking for solutions.
Wow! Great video. Never used that module to change colours differently for shadows and highlights. Bit risky as I'm colour blind!!
Boris, you are THE man! Always love and appreciate you work, many blessings to you friend! 🍻
Boris, great video again! You are a magician. Thank you very much and I wish you all the best for the new year.
Thank you Boris! Your educational videos are clear and effective, and they consistently help to improve my darktable skills.
Sir, I have learnt so much from your videos. Thank you.
Happy New Year! Thanks for your gift.
Thanks for these videos! Really helpful.

Thank you ! As always your skills are impressive and very educational. I'm curious to see your own editing style sometime.
excellent, very helpful, thank you ! ... now I try to use "only" programs Darktable and Gimp into my post production workflow.
Another fantastic tutorial! :)

Would the color equalizer module be used for color grading?
Yes, of course.
