Im giving this a try , my therapist said it might help. So thought Id try lol. Insomnia sucks, and not sleeping bc of bipolar mania is also fun times. Then adhd coming in to mess things up even more. Then anxiety makin me overthink at times im trying to just turn off my brain. Sleep is needed. I hope this works. 🙏🏼💤
