Sir one year back i have pcl avuslion with 5mm, I have opted for non operative treatment, my doctor said its not attached to original position but it got stuck, so we don't need to operate, i dont have any pain while bending knee, but if i stand for long then i have pain in my calf region, is it okay

Sir 7 months ago I have Pattela and PCL avulsion fracture but my doctor don't know about PCL avulsion He only fix Pattela fracture. Now My Tibia is sag and I feel instability when I walk . I'm consult with many doctors in our area they confirmed it's PCL avulsion but they need to MRI for surgery . They said to me wait until the K-Wire is removed. My Knee Movement is Currently 130-140 degree .Sir Please advice me what can I do . Can you fix my problem sir without MRI
Sir I got accident by my bike then I have PCL Avulsion ,Dr. Advise me MRI so did accordingly but Dr. Never said clear cut you need operation or u will be ok without operation. He advised me one month rest and keeping straight my leg through a knee belt . After that no doctors say clearly what should I do. My condition is that I can move some distance with out any support but not no long. My leg is completely fold as before. I didn't keep weight on leg upto three months after that I have started to move . Please advise me Can I fit without operation or what problem may be in future. Thank you sir

@@jeetk3758 listen till 4mm it is acceptable and can be healed with proper rest but when it is 5mm u need surgery consult any orthopaedic surgeon immediately

Hi sir.. ideally, you will need a mri to confirm your diagnosis.. further treatment plan can be decided only after clinical examination and mri report
