xIconikkxGaming They do aswell, but truck companies are often dispatched as primary MVA vehicles. Engine carries medical supplies to keep the victim stable until EMS arrive. Nice video! ;)

The driving in the game is terrible, very hard to control. It’s more of the game then him...
