I've had the 3G 501 for my birthday this week off my very kind and understanding wife. Must say a huge WOW for the pole. I've fished the first gen 401 for 6 years and loved it, but this is totally different beast. Thank you MAP, thank you wife.
good advice on the poles andy might have to pop in to my local tackle shop and get one thinking about getting the 301 cause where i go in bingley bradford at farview fishery for some pegs you do need 14.5 metres i already have the 101 2g series but thinking about getting that pole 👍🏻😁#ooossshhhh
Hi Andy, Looking at purchasing a tks pole, can buy the 701 2g or 501 3g for roughly the same price. Would their be any significant difference apart from a few extra top kits. Any advice would be grateful thanks.
What's the difference.between the 2g & 3g as different shops seem to show some 2g poles and some 3g poles and would I know the difference by eye as there is a difference in price...many thanks
The 3G poles are slightly lighter than the original version, but much better balanced, offering the ultimate in performance. The graphics on the poles have changed, so look out for the 3G logo.
@@TheMAPChannel Many thanks for that,I'm on the lookout for a new pole as I've started fishing again and my main place is going to be partridge lakes in warrington, just not sure if 13m will be adequate enough or go for the 14.5 ...

Andy Top Sales man great poles
Will you be doing a 601 3g review?
Can you fit map white elastic to the match kits ? Will it run smoothly? If I got one I would ideally want 6 power kits in white
I just sent Andy a message about the 301, so this is great timing!
What floats are Andy using now?

@@TheMAPChannel is there plans for new 4g poles this year or am I safe to buy a 3g
We only released the 3G range this year, so no immediate plans.
Would the white shalla kits be o.k to use on my M2 margin with the 14-18 hollow fishing down the edge
Anyone have any ideas of weights for these poles particular the 301?
How fishable is the 501 at 16 meters ? 🤔
Very! Find one in a local shop and have a play.
Andy are the map kit cases still about ?
Sadly, not. They have been discontinued.
What elastic rating are the f1 top kits 👍
10 solid or up to 10 hollow.
Why don't you give the prices
