I literally cried watching this video! I always get very emotional around Harry Potter related content.
I’ve learnt so much from the Harry Potter series throughout my life that I can’t put it into words. But two things that always come to mind is to be brave and be strong to fight for what you think is right and good and to always believe in yourself, even if others don’t. They’re wrong most of the times, because you have the magic in you!
I'm a Ravenclaw! This was an absolutely beautiful video. Harry Potter taught me, as Hagrid said, that what's coming will come and we just have to meet it when it does. 💙

Legit teared up, I love Harry Potter so much. It means the world to me, this video was amazing! I'm a Gryffindor on Pottermore but a Hufflepuff at heart. HP taught me (among so many other things) the value and importance of friendship, that people have reasons for why they are the way they are, and to stand up for what is right.
Tears are welling in my eyes right now, thank you for articulating so beautifully why Harry Potter is one of the greatest book series ever written!

I think that Luna Lovegood has taught us to always dare to be ourselves and not bother about what others think about us.
I also think Umbridge taught us that it's not always the obvious "bad guy" that hurts us the most, but more likely someone closer to us.

I started reading Harry Potter when I was 5 years old (I am now almost 16), and I instantly fell in love with it. Harry Potter made me fall in love with words and I am so grateful for that, because if I hadn't have read that book when I was young, I don't know what I would be doing with my life. The series means so much to me and I'm so proud to have grown up in the generation when Harry Potter was here and leading our lives. The books taught me so much, I can't begin to explain.

Harry Potter (as a whole) taught me never to give up and to keep fighting for what I believe even when there are people who want to destroy me and discredit me through out the way.

Oh my gosh Hannah! I love all of those! I'm a Hufflepuff. Overall I just love the love and friendship that Harry Potter shows, not just within the books, but in the community as well. All of the people that I have met through this series are so loving and caring. It makes my heart happy that these are the people that I get to share a bond with.

I'm a Slytherin and the Harry Potter series taught me that there is both light and darkness in all of us but we choose which part we act on and that's what matters most.
Also, Order of the Phoenix taught me that it's okay to cry because emotions aren't a sign of weakness as high school experiences had me believe; they are what makes us human as they lead us to empathy and most importantly, love, loyalty and kindness

I'm a slytherin! Harry Potter is so so special to me too- when I read it it honestly feels like I'm entering the world and it's all going on around me, unlike how any other book makes me feel. Hog warts and the characters feel like home and I could honestly reread them constantly and never get sick of them. I love this video so much! 💕

I loved this video! :') I was 7 or 8 years old when the first Harry Potter book came out. It was the first thing I ever became obsessed with, and I still love it so much til this day.

Hey, have you ever listened to the podcast Harry Potter and the Sacred Text? I just started listening to it but really enjoying it so far, and this video kind of reminded me of it
This video almost made me cry. I just start remembering all of the things these books tought me and how precious and dear they are to my heart 💓 💓 I bought today the Harry potter and the philosopher's stone's 20 years special edition (The Ravenclaw one 'cause that's my house and the Gryffindor one 'cause my favourite characters from the book are Gryffindor). Each character from these series has something to teach you and makes you love them... Love is the greatest power of all and pity those who live without it. Help your friends, have courage, fight evil and wrongdoings, follow your heart and love, love, love... I love how you ended your video - Hogwarts is home and it will always be home 💓 I will always re-read Harry Potter and I know how cliche it sounds but one day my grandkids will see me read Harry Potter and will ask me "after all this time?" and I will say "always"!
I'm a proud Hufflepuff 💛 Harry Potter has taught me so much. Thanks to him I understand the value of friendship. And it's not like I never knew how important this is but The Golden Trio has showed me what friendship can do to a person and how big impact it can have on your life. I also learned there is always hope. And that love is the most powerful magic of all.

I'm a Slytherin! 💚 I've been a Harry Potter fan for as long as I can physically remember, the series is just so special to me. My favorite quote is "happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light."

Could see you trying not to tear up during the video while at the same time trying not to cry myself.
I'm a Slytherin and these would be some of the lessons I've learnt:
1. Slytherin house taught me that people are not black and white personalities - they're grey and human.
2. (this is one of yours) Dobby taught me that a single act of kindness or being kind and empathetic towards someone can change a person's entire life.
3. Hermione taught me to be proud of my intelligence.
4. Bellatrix Lestrange taught me that love is not an investment - sometimes, the person you love will never love you back as much as you love them. And that's okay.
5. Hagrid showed me what believing in someone truly is.
6. The Weasley family's relationship with Harry and Hermione taught me that family is not defined by blood alone.
7. The HP series as a whole showed me that there will always be a place for me (at Hogwarts) between the pages of a book if I ever need to escape the real world (which happens on a daily basis, not gonna lie).

I am a Hufflepuff and my husband is a Gryffindor!! We're like Lupin and Tunks!! :) Harry Potters story touches our lives in so much ways here is a couple of lessons Harry's story has taught me! 1.) Family is what you make it 2.) be proud of the fact that you don't let evil things blacken your heart 3.) have faith in yourself also some of the ones you said!! Happy 20th Harry and Family!!

Each time I read it , I fell in love it with more and more. Harry Potter taught me friendship and bravery and love have the power to change a person and bring light to the dark . Funnily I am currently re-reading the series for the third time and I didn't know about the anniversary! I'm definitely and proudly in Hufflepuff (btw it's Puuskupuh in Finnish, maybe next time I will read the series in English).
I have learned from Harry Potter that the line between good and evil isn't always that clear and that sometimes it's important to question why you are doing what you are doing. And the series give me hope that there is always someone who loves and cares about me. :) But I have learned a lot from the books even without realizing it and you gave words to many of my feelings about the series, so thank you! You are awesome :)

I teared up and got chills when you said nr. 20. I am not a very emotional person, but you are so right, no matter what, Hogwarts (or Galtvort, the Norwegian name) will always be home. Whenever I wanted to disappear from bullies or tough times as a kid, I would just open up the books and just disappear in the pages.
At the end of your list, I felt weird because I got a bit emotional.. but I'm glad I'm not the only one! :') Harry Potter has just been such a big part of my life
