Unequivocally.
Yes they did and they should face justice, just as any Israeli or other who also broke the law. Who is in jail or facing court Marshall for killing three hostages illegally, when waving a white flag. Israel has no platform to complain from if it too resorts to acts or terror and ongoing breeches of law and norms…ie;forced displacement is a breech of the law….yet iIsrael has done it many times now and nothing happens. Until iSrael faces the same justice, Hamas can not be held accountable. 2 wrongs don’t make a right.

And how much does the threat of Palestinian suicide bombers complicate the situation for IDF soldiers and make it much more dangerous for civilians? When your people have a long history of those bombings, plus the Palestinian authorities awarding payments to families of those bombers, is this a “you made your own bed, now lie in it” situation for the people of Gaza?

A little late and about 20,000 women , children and non-combatants Palestinians who are now deceased and no laws have been broken? , all those folks are dead but international law hasn’t been broken?, there’s kids in my town from Gaza right now at the hospital receiving medical care but yet no international laws have been broken? That's right. No laws broken. I will not even dispute the numbers, since the published source is pure fiction. Also, I will not elaborate on the obvious: Gazans started the war most clearly and brutally, so crying victim is a bit too late, and there is NO correlation between morality and number of casualties. What I will say is that Gazans, perfectly represented by Hamas, believe in making Shahidi of themselves and their children. They do everything they can to maximize casualties. IDF are fighting so carefully, like with tweezers, but even that can't stop the death cult. No other army in history faced such horrendous conditions, such devotion to death. No other soldiers were forced mid-battle to differentiate amongst the attackers, from below, above, front, combatants in civilian clothes, hugging women and children waving white flags while shooting and bombing. Don't talk about what you don't know. Count your blessings it's not you out there. Pray it's not you out there if these tactics succeed. Pray hard.

Shooting persons waving a white flag is 100% a breech of Humanitarian law. Why are people prepared to risk their reputation, denying that war crimes have been committed/ international law has been broken. Bombing has been described as indiscriminate, which is also a breech of international law/rules of war. Just be honest….yes laws have been broken, but hard to ‘prove’ it was a U.S. supplied weapon. Ie; who provided to Israel, the bullets that were fired and killed persons who were ‘hors de combat’. That guest was biased, so please don’t claim unbiased coverage, when you failed to address other side of the coin….

Deleted my reply. Claims Hamas regularly uses white flag to stage attackers is not even supported by IDF claims. IDF does not say Hamas does this, so why would random comments be made otherwise?
