Hi I've sent my app for review. Basically I've cleared the 20 testers task for 14 days and then a Congratulations letter arrived. So I've make a release track for the closed testing version. But it's taking days (today is the 3rd day). It's the final stage for the app to reach production. What to do now please suggest.

I am a small youtuber with no earning, I can't afford someone to make my thumbnail. If u want work, find a monetized channel. They can give you the work.
If your console account is old you can directly go for production. If your console account is new you will have to do closed testing for 14 days, then production.
Because your email is still seen as tester when you leave the testing program, the beta tag will be not shown to you. And every app goes in beta testing, it simply show that the app is new and can get crash.
@@DeveloperPawanSingh please sir can you emphasize on this more I already bought an admin blueprint plugin to implement in my game so those it means it not that good to generate earnings from ad or they is other ways to do by putting Facebook ad link in my game inside my admob?

It completely depend upon you.
U can update app anytime after production also
And while closed testing also.

Managed to do it myself, i had confusion about versionCode, that if i need to release it to 1 or make increment to the last one.
Yes version name n code both should be incremented
