I stumbled apone your videos in a desperate attempt to slow my heart and ease my anxiety as I found myself in hospital with a long road ahead and no means to an end it all. I was anxious and very overwhelmed. My husband brought me some head phones and I didn't feel like watching anything I didn't feel like do anything! Until I found your stories. Your voice mesmerised me and brought me to a place of calm. Your stories helped me sleep through the entire night. Even though I woke with all the hospital noises I was comforted back to sleep by the sounds of your stories. I had to comment and say thank you! It was that little bit of support that I needed. ❤

I am usually sooooo tired when I come to bed that I just turn RUclips on (and your channel is always the top hit in my feed) and listen to the sleep story as it plays. But each night I hear you mention how comments help the channel so tonight I decided to first comment and then watch. Your sleep stories are perfect with the initial setting in ritual and your soothing voice and the careful choice of words like glide and drift. Thank you so much. Hi Stephen maybe when ur telling them to release tention in the beginning that everything to also say, is ok u will be ok, and reassure people that, because people with anxiety and isomnia are a little scared and it's nice to hear those things, also be strong, u will ok, I absolutely love ur videos, I'm a Brit in Florida and get scared at night because I have insomnia and someone telling me everything is going to be ok helps me a lot...thank u so much. I don’t watch much TV but earlier tonight National Geographic channel had 2 great shows about Egypt (one focused on the new Grand Egyptian Museum). Upon laying down for the night this popped up! What timing. Of course after I’m done typing I will play it again as I fell asleep during the meditation exercise! Cannot wait!

I’m so glad I read your note. Let me tell you about my cat. He is the sweetest thing but also Weighs 18 pounds. When I’m listening to Stephen kitty will fall a sleep on Floor dead to the world and will not move. I have had a stroke and need to use a walker. Getting past him is quit the challenge . So Stephens magic works on all sorts of creatures 😂

And now i'm here, third night in a row listening to you, getting good sleep and hoping it continues. Thank you for making your content! And thank you specifically for mentioning pets aboard, but i dislike that you made out like their company wasnt worthy of being wanted in and of itself. I'd gladly fly through the cosmos just my cats and me, never to return to earth.

I listen every night Allmost , this one is my favorite. I like the beginning song, sounds so far away, like an adventure. So first of all : big compliment for these stories. And secondly : if you need suggestions : I like those ‘far away’ sounds , can’t explain it in words but this one is perfect !

Love your work!!!! U r awesome and I'm so glad I found u. Excellent voice. U speak clearly but softly and loud enough to hear. Nothing ruins a story more than the storyteller speaking so low u have to strain to hear what they r saying. Hope u make a story about wizards and castles or the Fae in the forests of Ireland. Guess I love fantasy stories the most. Thank u for helping me to go to sleep. I stay in chronic pain and some nights even the pain meds don't help. It's a relief to concentrate on your words and visualize in my mind being in the story. Those of us with insomnia r greatly helped by u. It's like having a friend there with us at night with soothing words. U r the last thing I reach for when going to bed and I look forward to hearing your stories every night.
