they did not FAIL, they won the war.
ask any Black American; South African, Black-UK Black Australian etc etc.. they run highways, train-lines or whatever INTO Financial heart of any black neighborhood. If its an isolated town minding its business; they turn it into a lake reservoir and drown the town. the mo is the same..where have you been?
Canada is the 2nd largest country with the population of California. if anybody had "space" it will be them.
Canadian officials are always on the native reservations bothering them.
USA officials are always on the native reservations bothering them .
Australian officials are always on the native reservations bothering them.
      part 2 of the problem
BLACK IMMIGRANTS COMING FROM BLACK COUNTRIES do not understand the front-line war. because they are use to absentee W.S.

Metrolinx's construction shut down SO MANY small businesses in this area. They gave notice to leave but barely compensated those who were forced out because construction was making most of them leave on their own. Sidewalks were blocked, you couldn't enter from the other side of the street, passing through traffic wouldn't be able to see the shops available- so many stores couldn't keep their doors open because no one was able to make it in. I use a mobility device and it was virtually inaccessible.
It's great that we're moving towards Greener transportation, but crushing all the small business owners on the way there isn't it.
I moved out in 2015... Imagine trying to bring in customers with 7 years of massive construction.
The city did this neighborhood wrong.

IT WAS ON PURPOSE where it was run. the metrolinx can use the grid sytem. Japanese train follows the roads grid.
I live in Miami, and they ran 1-95 right in the middle of a Miami Black neighborhood. (when they could have run it alongside of railroad tracks..which had the space + federal land)
1-95 stops abruptly in a white neighborhood below Downtown Miami. it does not run to the Florida keys.
so Black professionals: aka doctors, lawyers, school teachers were move north of Miami and guess what they ran "OVERPATH highway in that neighborhood again!
#2 Toronto is on a grid system just like south Florida. Government have the power to run it down any lane or avenue.
San Francisco is a perfect example of road & rail sharing spaces.
THE METROLINK DO NOT RUN IN A STRAIGHT LINE because its avoiding something. its called 'respect' for those businesses.

I remember when the Spadina streetcar lines were being built. Though I understand the need and want of improved transit what I also know is that a number of small independent businesses on Spadina couldn't afford the loss of revenue and ended up closing down due to impaired access to their businesses. A combination of revenue loss, high taxation and an inflated real estate market that forced these businesses to close.

Yes, but "most" of the ones in the supermarkets here in London UK are "Jafaican" patties.
As for the one's from the Jamaican take away food shops, they either make the pasty too thick when it's suppose to be a light not too thin flaky pastry and then the inside is oftentimes over-seasoned, peppery until your lips burn and too spicy. I even ate one where it had this disgusting gelatine fatty substance thing in it with hardly any minced beef at all. You might get one or two shops that make really good Jamaican patties here in London and you can see they try and get it as close to the original flavour as possible and that's great, but I struggle to find one nearby that make good patties and in all my years I think it's happened once. The LRT construction upheaval is almost unbelievable. I suppose the thought is public transit = green initiative = moral justification to trample as many livelihoods as you choose.
Hopefully Randy’s can make a comeback.

Why are they all wearing masks outdoors? Is it an air quality problem in Toronto? Dust from construction? I honestly can't think of any other valid reason....

@@GMANKOOL23 woosh... It's called virtue signalling... This in the times of Omicron, and everyone being vaccinated and being outdoors makes zero sense. Notice the granny in the video wasn't wearing one, but all the young ones were. Keep shaking your head though, or perhaps venture out of your comfort zone and actually consult the latest published research on coronavirus risks, transmission and mitigation effectiveness.... But perhaps you know all this already and just like to virtue signal as they do.
