There are actually a few versions of Young and Beautiful. The music video’s instrumentals are mainly string here, the trailer version is what I’d consider to be the official audio cause it includes the piano and a few other instruments, in the film you can hear them mix the song with the score and then a certain scene at Gatsby’s party they play a foxtrot version that does not have an official audio released sadly. She does however play a similar sounding foxtrot version of Young and Beautiful at the end of her concert’s. I love them all. They really made good use from this gorgeous song

The way Lana captures the story of Gatsby in this song is insane. I know that she probably put some of her own story into the song but the parallels to Gatsby are just beautiful and so well executed.
