Today on the show, we had with us one of India's most renowned authors Amish Tripathi. Well known for his SHIVA Trilogy (The Immortals of Meluha, The Secret of the Nagas, The Oath of the Vayuputras) & his RAMAYANA Trilogy (Ram: Scion of Ikshvaku, Sita: Warrior of Mithila, Raavan: Enemy of Aryavarta and Legend of Suheldev: The King Who Saved India).
I sincerely believe that the ability to WRITE improves your ability to THINK & hence your ability to SPEAK. I bring to you, one of my writing (and thinking) idols, Author Amish. He is a true GOLDMINE of ancient Indian knowledge.
In this very special episode, we spoke about the ‘Mata energy’ in every soul, the divine feminine, and Devi shakti in absolute detail. We also discuss the larger-than-life concepts like death, soul traveling, his connection with Lord Shiva, Asuras, Rakshas, and the Yamraj

Amish Tripathi is a gem
I think as a householder the first three are most essential and the fourth one i.e Moksha is the underlying truth of all three purusharthas. If we recognize Here & Now that I am everfree unborn undying infinite witness consciousness then we have attained Moksha even without giving up any of the other three.

Beautifully explained Amish sir
Thx bhaiya
Nicely explained
Its like maslows theory we learned from psychology
Awesome
I can understand why Amish thinks Tolkien's philosophy is borne out of suffering, but he forgets what george openly criticised the Vietnam war, also he was called a coward and was given the contentious objector title to shame him further, in the very first book he says to all the noble people, magic / fate won't save you, always be ready if you are taking a stand, because there would be eventual reprisals, that's how world truly is , good people are murdered, slandered and villified for exposing the truth about shady and corrupt people, if you are going to fight injustice then have allies and make yourself self-reliant.
Sorry. It must be Blessings.
🙏
Oh no!!!!!!!!!!!
The concept of "arth" as explained by him was important because India was a poor country....Like really !!! Our civilization was most glorious in the ancient times !
Casual and incorrect comments like these make the whole conversation pointless
I think he was referring to the British colonial periods. where Indians really struggled to make the ends meet and thus didn't had the time focus on philosophy and other fine arts. An era where the only necessity was to live for another day.
