Crimson Fatalis, one of the hardest battles I've ever done in my nearly decade and a half-long journey of Monster Hunter. A theme that made me rethink my life choices when I first fought it and it broke me for over 2 weeks to beat it. This was one of the few fights that made me never feel the same again.
Man imagine me expecting this song in Generations Ultimate when I fought Crimson and it wasn't. Frontier got it right with some of their themes and this is one of them.
It's so weird because Crimson Fatalis DID get It's own theme for the G Rank version in MH4U. Why GU used 4U's High Rank Crimson as a basis for all appearances is beyond me
@@MatheusMarti It definitely was. The special cutscene, amazing new coloration and glow, the solar flares, the flame patches whenever it steps and those arena-wide heat waves. Such a cool interpretation of the monster... that got shafted later :(
@@Dave_Chrome Dang that's even sadder then. Crimson got no love after 4U except in Frontier. At the very least White kept his theme primarily, but I do count Crimson as my second fave Fatalis fight.
@@MatheusMarti Yeah GU C. Fatalis is a wimp compared to his 4U G rank counterpart. Burning brighter, solar flares racing across the field, and his intense heat melting health bars away.
The effort you've been putting into these Monster Hunter covers is absolutely unreal. And every single minute spent is worth it, because they're all phenomenal.

But the vocals were still present, I understand it’s chaotic to represent Crimson’s rage and Falkkone has a unique style but whenever he does a remix he at least has the vocals present when needed, but here I can’t even hear them

@@omage3457 @Omage I've heard it a while back when I was first checking out the Frontier ost, and just revisited it now. It's pretty good, but I actually kinda prefer the normal theme, UWF reminds me a bit of Greatest Jubilee, which is also an incredible theme, it's closer to a standard JRPG final boss fight against God, whereas normal theme I get more of the East-meets-West concept that White Fatalis has. Plus I genuinely just think it's catchier.
