For me 2019 Rap album of the year should have went to Victory Lap TI should have won for King, still a favorite album of mine. 1998 No Way Out was not even top three on that list, you had Life After Death, Wu Tang Forever and The Carnival. Grammys will probably never get it right
Victory Lap was one of those albums that was great when you first listened to it and got even better the more you listened to it. Regardless if Nip was dead or alive that album should have won the Grammy.

None of the other albums made any impact like bs MMLP2. 2020 definitely should've gone to Meek Mill. 2004 best new artist shouldve gone to 50. If they didnt want to give it to a rapper, Heather Headley shouldve gotten it. But best new artist is a curse. Most of the best new artist winners do not have careers afterwards.
