My assumption is that generally people don't buy the bundle with the special camouflage. So WG charges quite a bit to those who do buy it to make up for the price. Only camouflage that I consider worth is the T10 or the credit earning on the Kobayashi
I also like this ship and CV at tier 6. Camo in world of warships are so expensive, I don't really understand the price.
