From Namchi, a small town on the verge of the Himalayan valleys we will see Char Dam, the largest Hindu temple in Sikkim. Situated in the Himalayas, Sikkim has been at the crossroads between rich cultures like Indian, Nepali and Tibetan and much of this has been preserved.
We are so excited to be here because we had zero expectations of this place but it totally blew our mind.
We are in India to explore Sikkim, experience the Indian culture, eat Indian food, blend with the Indian people and see how life is in the last kingdom of India.

11:22 Hinduism is not a belief system it's more of a cultural thing. The word Hindu given by foreign invaders. What we know as Hinduism is actually Sanatan Dharma. Sanatan means eternal and Dharma doesn't mean religion, it means law. so they were talking about eternal laws which govern life and how we can be tune with it. right now we are all complying by all the physical laws of this planet otherwise we would not have exist. similarly there are other kinds of laws which govern the life process within us. so they identified that these are the laws which governs one's life which is known as Sanatan Dharma. Sanatan Dharm says that human beings cannot rest because they always want to be something more than they already are and you cannot stop it. every human being unconsciously longing to expand in a limitless way or looking for a boundless nature. Mukti or Liberation has been the ultimate goal of people in this culture never the heaven. in this culture people are always told that your life is your karma whatever you do there will be a consequence that you have to face in this life. it is not a religion because this is the only place where you have been given the freedom to make up your own god and there is no one sitting up in the sky who would be taking account of you.

Life is like a dotted line showing you the way. It's up to you if you follow the dotted line or go a bit off the path and make your own as long as you're going in the same direction.
From my experience I can tell you that the minute you leave your comfort zone, fun things start to happen. Also bad things may happen as well but it's up to you to identify them before and avoid them, this way you enjoy life more.
More or less my philosophy of life ... 🤷‍♂️😅

0:05 In india temples were not built for religious purposes, they were highly energized tools built for human wellness. Temples are found deliberately at a place where the positive energy is available abundantly from the magnetic and electric wave conveyances of north/south post push. The idol of deity is set in the core center of the temple, known as Grabhagriha. Ideally, the structure of the temple is built after the idol has been placed in a high positive wave centric place. In olden days, temples were built in such a way that the floor at the center of the temple were good conductors of these positive vibrations allowing them to pass through our feet to the body. Hence it is necessary to walk barefooted while you enter the center of the temple. The Five senses of the body get activated when you are inside the temple if the positive energy inside the temple is absorbed properly that is only if you ensure that all the five senses ie sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell are activated in your body while in the temple. The entire art of building temples is not just a mere art; it is a science. Every single facet of it - from the size of the idol to the directions and the sanctum- yes! Temple architecture is a highly developed science.
If you look into the ancient past of India and its temples it reveals the fundamental science and purpose behind temple building. Far from being a place of prayer or worship, temples were created as powerful spaces where an individual could imbibe the enshrined energies. Most temples were created to address a particular aspect of life and were thus consecrated to activate one or two particular chakras, the main energy centers within the human system.
It is also said that spiritual persons do not need to visit the temples as they have self charging mechanism. unfortunately in most part of India in ancient temples have been destroyed by invaders and the temple building science has been mostly lost because of nearly 1000 years of foreign rule. but if you go to an ancient Temple at least 900 years old in South India and sit near Grabhagriha you will feel the the positive energy.

Om namah Shivaay/ ॐ नमः शिवाय | Namah/ na mah - means "Not me" in Sanskrit and is basically close to like "I bow down to a soul which is not me". So I bow down to a Shivaay. Namah is also the root word for Namaskar.
And Om/ॐ represent Brahmand, which in Hinduism is considered the Supreme soul or God which is the source of everything.
