The Stauns are adjustable as well. They just don't have the pressure markings laser etched on the unit, like these iCheck TD. Stauns instructions do say (for the Std version = 6-30psi), this has an adjustment of 3psi per half turn and 6psi per full turn of the adjustment cap. But having the pressure markings would be invaluable. I wonder if these iCheck Tyre Deflators are Australian made like the Stauns?
Looks like they are gonna have to up their game. I wonder how long it will take him to make the switch to adjustable I have stauns, but I always forget what pressure they said that I need a graph. I think
I too have the Camp Boss tyre deflators and they've started being unreliable for me too. I usually have them set at 18 psi (my beach driving pressure), and lately from time to time, they've been out by as much as 3 psi etc. I've reset them again, and even re-watched the Camp Boss video (where they showed how to keep them clean, as sand and dirt can get into the device and can clog the air outlet hole (very tiny) which can cause varied tyre pressure results) to no avail. So it might be time to get a different set. BTW are these iCheck tyre deflators Australian made, like the Stauns?
With the icheck Tyre deflators I couldn't tell you if they made here or not. I think with the campboss, maybe the spring is the problem inside the unit itself. I'm still going to keep them for awhile longer. Thanks for watching I'll see you in the next video
I think that with all these Tyre deflators, over time the O-rings start to deteriorate and cause failures. My deflator had a catastrophic failure over the weekend. I'm heading to bunnings to get the parts for a rebuild.
Do you reckon that you could drive while these are deflating the Tyres? I mean at the start of the track heading down to the beach then remove once able? The O-rings perish rapidly because the air flow dries them out, so a kit from Bunnings would be useful.
Nice review. Only new to this. Just brought my recovery gear, air compressor and the old fashioned pull the valve out. Tire deflator. These look so much eaiser. So is Icheck just an online company? Thanks. You also talked about letting your tires down to the recommended number on the back of the metal can. So on a gravel road with psi down to 25 to 28 what the fastest you would ever drive? Safely
Thanks for your comment and question iCheck have made some improvements since I tested printing more clearer and easier to read. I haven't updated mine yet maybe in the future these guys seem to work just fine you can buy them online only I think as for your question about how I fast you would drive I'm gonna bore you and say I only drive to the conditions of the track, slow and steady, wins the race geting a bit more experience on your belt you'll know what speed you'll be comfortable . Just remember you have to get home after you've driven the tracks. ED
Yeah I know the supposed to let me down but the campboss have just lost their accuracy. It's a shame they were a really good product. Thanks for watching
Thnx Ed, as a fellow FJ Cruiser Owner, have the iCheck TPMS & the Tyre Deflators, Love em. They do the job as they are made to do.
The new icheck Tyre Deflators even better now, thanks for watching
Great looking product, I'm thinking of getting them, thanks for sharing ❤
Thanks for watching great product and had for a while. Work a treat. Thanks for watching
Interesting, Staun are going to have to pick up their game to keep ahead in the market. Adjustability would be a good start.

Looks good Ed, simple to set?

I wouldn't recommend it drive with these on your tyres just a down before you go and you should be fine. Thanks for watching

They look pretty good 👍 seem to perform better under pressure 😂
And are so easy to use. Yeah hopefully do work better under pressure
Aren’t they supposed to let you down? Pmsl. Good luck with these ones. Cheers Steve

wish we could get those in the US.
You could probably try placing an order, but you got stuff in the US that we will never get here. Thanks for watching
I just bought some and I live in California
