Hello sir. Thank you very much for this video. It is the most helpful video I found on RUclips and internet. I am in Canada I have the same system and car, I follow your instruction 100% but I am having two problems, first the system connect to my phone as carplay which make no sounds at all while calling or receiving calls I have to manually to set car accessories system so it will have sounds; secondly everytime I start the car, the music is playing without any sound, I have to use the physical button (to mute or stop music) and turn on again the sound will be back to normally. Would you mind to share on the main device what you put 0100xxxxx. I tried many times but seems no one solve the issue. Hope to hear from you. Thank you again

We are not familiar with that unit, however our system connects to the OEM radio and screen, the system is controlled with the joystick and voice. Thank you!!

Why did you disconnect the grey cable on monitor?
We do that as standard to prevent any issues. That is usually there to stop the screen from blinking.
Why did you disconnect the gray cable when you started working on the screen? Should that be done for a 2017 RX 350 base model?
