IMO, he’s wise to not say anything from a legal standpoint, whether he’s innocent or guilty.. To me, it sounds legit, but we’ve all heard of nasty divorces, where one side will make something like this up, and have close family/friends who will verify it in their defense.. Maybe the stepdaughter hated his guts for whatever reason, and made up the story to split them up. Maybe there’s an inheritance involved? We really have no way of knowing. On the surface it looks really bad, but unless that camera footage surfaces in court 🤷🏼♂️

Legally, anything he says on youtube, FB, IG and the like...can be used against him..even if it proves his guilt or innocence. So what he should say, is that it is being handle by his attorney, etc. This is the world we live in now.
