The Canon version is great, we have it at work. No vignetting or noticable barrel distortion on the wide end. But if it was my own kit no way I would fork out the $1k work paid to buy it.
Oh gotcha! You might be worth trying photos in a timelapse mode for this style! Less noise, can crank down your shutter and still keep everything in focus :) @@amranackerman9656

Exactly right! I’m happy to deal with the small issues for a fraction of the price! But I’d you need the best of the best, then canon is the only way
Looks like something I could use in my bag, thanks for the review!
Anytime! It's a great bit of gear if you overlook the slight cons
Andrew, if you zoom in a bit instead completely wide open still does distortion? Cheers
interesting for the new r7
Technically it should work. Just make sure you use full frame lenses
I have a Mirror less cannon R6-- is there a compatibility to a speed reducer ? I have yet to see one
You can, but you will need to use a Full Frame lens and shoot in crop mode.
@@AndrewMurphyFilms what am I getting ?
Honestly i would just get faster lenses. What lens are you looking at speed boosting and why?@@amranackerman9656
Astronomy night video with less noise --- if I could get it down to 25,000 that would be very cool- and get the milky way

Oh thats just a encoding error in Davinci using MXF files
@@AndrewMurphyFilms are you on a Mac m1? I only ask because I was having issues on my new m1 Mac with c70 footage. I sold my m1 because of it
Yeah on the M1 Mac Mini
