- Kimpton Da an Hotel is located at the heart of Taipei City. Access to the main #shopping area like #SOGO , #breeze center and authentic shops in the street. Stay here, you may also reach Taipei Metro system easily. By the walking distance to the metro and connected to Taipei main attractions easily.
On the other hand, most of people may not know. There are tons of brilliant restaurants in this area. However some of them may not put much promotion to the foreign travellers. Kanbai Classic 老乾杯, is my personal favorite, ranking no.1 Taiwanese style yakiniku or premium BBQ in town. It is truly pricy if you come for dinner. So i highly recommend to come during weekday lunch, the business lunch set comes with value pricing and you may add on some more extra a la crate to enhance your food journey. Highly recommend, no other yakiniku in Taiwan can beat them in terms of services and quality.
I also unboxing another famous sushi restaurant Sushi no Midori 梅丘寿司の美登利 台北分店, this is a mid level chain sushi restaurant in Japan. Now they opened 2 branches with the same freshness. The chef is coming from Japan to lead the team here. However, I feel it is a bit over price here since with the same amount of money i paid, i probably can enjoy better flavour of the raw fishes. No doubt they are all fresh, but just the taste is a bit plane or say standardised. of course, still good and if you are fancy in sushi, sushi no midori could be a good place for you.
