Yes Shaq averaged close to 40 mins a game
Basically 30 min for wemby a game and to still get those stats is insane imagine his per 36 min numbers 🤯
Shaq played 37.9 minutes per game in his rookie season, Victor only 29.7 so here is rookie Shaq vs Victor per 36 :

Somehow Wemby never had a real "growth spurt". He was really tall from early childhood. He was like 6+ feet when he was 11 and 6'10'' already at 14.
That's one of the reasons (according to him) that he is so mobile and flexible, he didn't have to "get used" to being tall, it's always just felt "normal" to him.
