@@musicalfreestylesbyleslie3116 ... see ! She must mention and refer to Dr. Lustig´s results, studies, content, knowledge, information. Otherwise it´s just sneaky + shady business. She´s not giving parts of the interview here but 100% copy his words with her her tonge. She probably doesn´t have a clue, what she actually is talking about. Shame !
My HbA1c is 6.6%, fasting blood sugar 5.2 mmol/L and urine sugar is negative. Total cholesterol is 6.75 mmol/L, HDL 1.05 mmol/L, LDL 5.09 mmol /L, Triglycerides 1.34 mmol/L and chol/HDL ratio 6.4. My blood pressure is 140/90.
Your A1C is high. You are officially a diabetic. You should cut back on all carbohydrates and leave sugar alone. This will make your blood pressure come down into the normal range. It will also fix all the other markers.
What do you do after you get these tests done? I guess find a doctor. Where can you find a functional doctor in NC that doesn't only want to treat your hormones and give you weight loss medication 😅
Finding the right doctor and finding the right lab is the number one question!
