Sorry no, the brand Geni has long since gone bust and only the old now defunct Maplin's used to sell Geni lights in the UK. Geni was a Taiwanese brand that went bankrupt in 2007.
Best place for spare parts what aren't generic electrical parts like capacitors, fans, stepper motors, is probably from units broken down for spares if anyone is selling them or by using donor units sourced on the 2nd hand market.
