So cute. To stop the mica powder from doing that I mix about an ounce of resin and my mica powder together in a small cup until completely mixed together and then put it into the rest of the resin. It really works well for me.

I get the frustration with the chimney. I’ve wondered on similar molds if tapping that off with the resin tape to fill with a desired color before filling the whole mold would help. Something I may try with others. The house is cute regardless.

I have really started to look forward to your posts! Because I am watching from Australia the timing is perfect for a video before going to sleep. I really enjoy all your projects as I love doing different things as well. (I have one question when you say you put your resin in the decompressor is that before you take it out and you have let the air out? I did this but my resin is warming up already,it has a 40 minute time before it starts to cure.) Thank you for an enjoyable video and beautiful resin art ,great work.❤😊
Thank you so much! Right after I mix my resin it goes directly into the vacuum chamber. Then I pour it immediately (unless I'm waiting for a specific temperature for a bloom)
