Initial JDM well editing software there are tons like "Final cut pro" - "all the adobe line like AE "after effects" - "Pr" Premiere pr etc just depends on what ur comfortable with although Pr and AE are usually used together, that's at least what I do, best thing you can do is search different softwares, it all depends what ur tying to do, and editing has a huge factor but it is also about the quality of the clips, my best guess is you say you wanna edit like him, i recommend just practicing it takes time but a lot of it is just being creative and following songs which can save a lot of time and make it flow very well.
