Hello. The sixth floor and no elevator for $7250.00, nope.
I had to rewind to make sure you said 3-bedroom 1-bath for $7250. Whoa! And the layout....no honey.
Cash $7,200 is insane for this small space. I get it that it's peak market. Wow, it seems way too expensive. I actually don't mind the layout. I'd want the bedroom with the patio!! 🙂
But what's driving the "peaked" market if they're chopping up apartments to get more money, Manhattan is mostly dead now (comparatively) and dangerous and people are leaving it in droves? It doesn't add up.
I'm starting to think it's just a marketing ploy
@@MissCane9 Maybe it isn't true people are leaving in droves at this point in the pandemic, it was never safe, and it is comparatively lively if you look at the past two years. People will watch a good scary story.
@@MissCane9 Yes with Manhattan not nearly as busy as it was pre-pandemic how can the rental market for apartment suites be at peak market - and so overly expensive? Great point C.M. I didn't even zoom on to that thinking!! In a slower market and with many areas still slow in the city - what justifies such a high price for rentals?
Strand book store..2nd best independent book store...:) The first is in Denver- Tattered Book cover..:) Boy, Strand changed the first floor big time (toys)... party on NYC...read books before you go to bed..:)
Are people truly happy living in these tight apartments? I would be bumping into everything
I think this is my least favorite one so far. The layout is terrible and it's the 6th floor. Too many stairs. The deck is nice and the neighborhood is nice, but man I just don't think I could live in that tight if a space with roommates. Lol!
That last bedroom with the water taps in the closet was obviously designed to have a waterbed.
9.1 from the Pres is huge. Go there to eat.
thanks
As a French fry expert, I would be in Heaven in that neighborhood 🍟🍟🍟
WOW the rents always amaze me in the worse way, but I guess that's NYC
We have a forbidden planet here in Liverpool, England! Cool store!
I remember how impressed my son and his friends were with the $1 pizza. He was in high school then.
That's a chop-shop apartment. Not worth the price. Great video.
Happy Fourth, Cash!
With 18 miles of 📚 Who needs and apartment lol.I would just move in.😄😁. Another great video cash.
If you put the bed in that corner, you're covering the heat radiator.
There's also a Forbidden Planet store in London. I had no idea they had more than one.
Horrible remodel at an exorbitant price.
I'd like to see who really rents these apartments and what they do with them. I just keep thinking how often I'd be banging my elbows and hips on these tiny quarters.
Ah...to live by Strand! I couldn't afford such a thing because I would be too likely to spend by rent money on books.
Why do I love your videos? I know not the answer to that question. I don't even live in NYC! But love them I do, so I watch on and (surprise) get nothing accomplished. Oh well, there are worse sins in life.
good one
I feel like we saw this one already. Are they blending and becoming all the same? OH nooooo.
Lol. Some of them are very similar including the extremely high prices. 💰💰💰
