To everyone “um actually” ing the whole “this is a test for MN” take, think of it this way: what happens if MN loses by double digits? This is one of the most consequential games of the entire season for both teams. It’s as much a test for us as it is for you - if we want to be taken seriously as SB contenders and not just another team who will lose in the divisional round, we NEED to win this game. And it’s not an insult or a dig to say MN has to pass the test, either. GB is a vastly improved team from the last time we played when we just barely lost. We just pitched the only shutout of the entire NFL season. Our offense is healthy, our run game is nigh unstoppable, and Love has been nearly perfect for five games. If you beat us, that proves something! But you won’t. 🙂 We’re taking our revenge, deal with it.
@@jaypeterson7637last I heard, the Saints are a professional football team in the NFL. It’s not our fault they were that banged up. You can’t take that fact away from them. This Packers d is one of the best I’ve seen in almost 2 decades.
@@chessenthusiast I agree the game between the Vikings and Packers will be consequential. I thought it wasn't necessary to cite a Saints shutout to buttress your Packer apologetic. The Vikings don't "need" to beat the Packers (again) to prove anything to the pundits.
@@jaypeterson7637 it’s only an apologetic if I’m trying to rationalize something that is inexcusable. The claim “the Packers have a really good chance at beating the Vikings Sunday, and if they do, it throws into question which team is better since it splits the series” is not at all an unfounded claim. The stats and performance of the Packers all year speak for themselves. Barely losing three times - two of them with an injured QB - and one objectively bad performance. Destroying other teams, most with winning records. This is not something that can be dismissed. Pundits are just trying to get views and engagement. They overlook teams and players all the time. Vikings don’t have anything to prove to them; but you do have to wonder, if they lose by double digits, what does that say about their SB chances? Maybe nothing, but it is a question worth asking. Exact same goes for the Packers, btw. Even though I’m a die-hard cheesehead, I don’t think this is our year… I think it’s still 1-2 years out. Could be wrong, though. Hey...A dynasty always starts with nobody "believing"...GO VIKES!!!
The Vikings are trying to ban the playoffs after the Giants loss
Bald guy is going down loss
Packers glazing is going to age terribly
Sam Darrel
Really, what does the pack, have to play for? If it's to up it's seed to #5 this seems like a risk taker for injured players 🤷♂️ this is coming from a lions fan tho..lol
Fall to 7 and play Philly in the first round.
You didn't compare the health of the Packers from the first game til now. And a different kicker.
I think Packers all the way!
Vikes are healthier this time too. Cashman, Addison and TJ were all out last game. And it was Darnolds 4th game in the system.
@@Ninja_Skillz i think the pack might be worse off injury wise. 3 starters in the secondary + a starting LB down fo sure
@@Adam-xe5xm Addison and TJ were 2/3 of the Vikings Aerial team and they are a pass first team.
Watch the games you can tell you don’t
What’s with the weekly narrative “the Vikings have already exceeded expectations “
Who’s expectations!?!? Just because no one else was paying attention doesn’t mean that the @vikings don’t have the same aspirations as the other quality teams in the NFL. You forget that they won 13 games 2 years ago with Kirk Cousins! Now they’ve got the former #3 overall pick, a huge upgrade at defensive coordinator and players that fit his scheme. Can you guys stop acting like they’re a make a wish kid that should just be happy with what they’ve accomplished?
Even Sam Darnolds mum didnt think he was winning 13 games this season just stop it
March 24, 2024: "Josh Jacobs is a big mistake." Skip Bayless.
No wonder his show was cancelled.
To be fair, he meant it in the context that moving on from Aaron Jones was a mistake. Aaron Jones always killed Bayless' favorite team the Cowboys so he has a really high opinion of Jones.
@@williamhermann6635 Which is just one of the problems with Bayless. He picks favorites and trashes their opponents. I can get his kind of "analysis" at any corner bar.
People upset a fake plastic franchise is said to have to "prove themselves"
Yea they lost to one of the best teams in the NFC,,,what a take that means you are a
Viqueens are going to take some punches Sunday and LOSE their shot at the 1 seed. SKOL!
Should be a good game.
Go pack go!
The Sam Darnold hype train will be over after the Vikings lose to both The Packers and Lions. I have no faith the Vikings can beat high level teams because their running game is just too fragile.
Pitched a shutout?!!😜
The Saints hardly qualify as an NFL team. Their QB was a 4th stringer at best.
@@jaypeterson7637last I heard, the Saints are a professional football team in the NFL. It’s not our fault they were that banged up. Plenty of other teams have been banged up throughout the year, and they’ve ALL managed to score at least some points. Hell, even the Texans managed a safety against KC!
They’re playing as well as the Vikings, Lions, Bills, and Chiefs, and it’ll almost certainly be one of those teams that wins it all. Gonna be an interesting post season either way!
@@chessenthusiast My use of the word "apologetic" was meant as a noun, not an adjective. I saw your writing clearly as a defense, similar to a lawyer in a courtroom.
Should be a great game! Let us hope for no injuries on both sides.

So true. Holding the Spencer Rattler saints to 0 means the packers should be favored against the entire NFL.
I still haven’t seen anyone shut out an actual NFL team. The saints with Rattler don’t count lol
I guess it’s the small victories for you guys huh
Eventually the Vikings will lose and I'm sure you'll take the victory lap even though you picked against them for 15 weeks straight.

The Vikings have played 52 playoff games in 62 seasons.
The Packers have played 63 playoff games in 103 seasons.

The Packers are frauds. The Lions swept them and the only team they can beat is the Bears in the North

If Vikings destory the Packers then i have no issue saying yes we are 3rd in the division..but if it's a 1 score game that comes down to ref ball in the Vikings favor...if you don't have a dog in this fight you expect the NFL needs next weekend Lions Vikings to mean something...if Vikings lose..league gains nothing making that game prime time
Ref ball going against Green Bay is hilarious
@BM-si2ei so you saying Watson didn't get blamed for a OPI when he didnt even see the defender and ST Brown on 1 of the most obvious full extension push offs didnt happen? there's homers..then there's ignorant
@JoePackJoeNC a packer fan complaining about the refs being against them may be the richest thing I've consumed this week. Absolutely decadent.
@BM-si2ei how did Brady end up in the superbowl? I know you got your blinders on but it wasn't Brady playing amazing
@JoePackJoeNC the refs favoring the Patriots for all of the Brady years or now the Chiefs with Mahomes doesn't change the objective fact that the refs have favored the Packers since favre. But this is like trying to explain the concept of wetness to a fish, so your confusion is understandable.
