I’m just drinking this now, I did the cold bloom which seems to have worked well. For lack of a better word there’s a real herbal quality (I guess that’s the eucalyptus) to this that I haven’t tasted before in coffee. I maybe overextracted a bit but still really impressive. Amazing work!
