Sharmin Islam sister instead of drinking olive oil... you can simply drink lemon juice , it's good for skin and it's a best blood purifier.... drinking olive in the early morning is not something that is as effective as lemon juice... normally only a general consumption of cooking olive oil in food and extra virgin olive in salad is recommended...

With all due respect, the Olive oil you are using is not real olive oil. 95% of the Olive oil sold in stores are not 100% Olive oil it is a blend of different oils passed off as Olive oil. If you are looking for a good quality Olive oil you should consider PJ Kobos Greek olive oil, or Papa Vince Olive oil. I recommend Kirkland Olive oil it is very affordable. The other two I mentioned are expensive. This is a well-known fact do your research before you buy

Make sure when you buy. Its extra virgin organic olive oil unrefined and it is cold pressed. Also that it is in a dark GLASS container. A good product from Braggs is excellent.
