REITS investments given very low returns than any other Mutual fund returns. ఒక వ్యక్తి ఒక లక్ష రూపాయలు Jan 2023 లో reits లో invest చేసి ఉంటే, ఇప్పటికీ అతనకి ఎంత returns వచ్చి ఉండేవి, అదే ఒక మంచి stock let say SBI మీద invest చేసి ఉంటే ఎంత వచ్చేవి, లేదా ppf, ilaa compare చేసి ఒక వీడియో చెయ్యండి.

You will not expect much growth in REITs, also the dividend we get out of these will be less compared to few FDs. So is it still good choice for investment?
